Jungkook, a member of the BTS, had to have stitches after being injured in the heel before the group's show in London.
Jungkook sat on stage for the two sold-out BTS concerts at The O2 earlier this week.
The agency, Big Hit Entertainment, issued a statement in which it explained that Jungkook had "hit the floor furniture" behind the scenes a few hours before their performance.
During an appearance in the Graham Norton Show on Friday, Norton's host asked, "Who is hurt on foot? What happened to your foot?
Jungkook, the youngest member of the group, raised his hand and said, "I have stitches in the heel. It happens.
Graham joked, "So many people would like to kiss him!" And the ARMY, the name of BTS fans, who were sitting in the audience.
Jungkook's injury moved him to tears on the stage, unable to associate with the group's sophisticated choreography.
Before the first show, Big Hit said: "About two hours ago, as a result of the rehearsal and the sound system, Jungkook lay slightly in the waiting room when he collided with furniture from ground and injured his heel.
"The medical staff immediately reacted and carried out the necessary treatment. The medical team is of the opinion that even if the injury is not serious, the choreography may cause additional damage to the affected area. Following the advice of the medical staff, Jungkook will participate in the performance tonight but will remain seated without choreography. "
He is not the only member to have suffered a recent injury. Jimin retired from the Graham Norton series due to "severe muscle pain" during rehearsals. Jungkook sang his role in their latest song, IDOL.
