Bucky almost swung a Wakandan look into Infinity War

Before the events of Avengers: Infinity War, Bucky Barnes was recovering from his brainwashing at Hydra Black Pantherit's Wakanda. Bucky was one of the lucky few to move to Wakanda before it was published, and his stay in the country almost influenced his fashion decisions. A new artistic concept appeared that shows several Bucky creations in which he was wearing a Wakanda-influenced costume rather than his standard Bucky-blue gear.

People have finally got their hands on the art book for Avengers: Infinity War, which presents impressive and interesting alternative looks on the character costumes, sets and events of the film. Art books always feature deeper dives in long design processes, and this one presents the hundreds of different concepts created by the Marvel Design Team. Often, these designs can be very different from what we see on the screen – like Spider-Man in a black suit or Thor with a gun.

One of the Redditors was kind enough to give an overview of a whole page of drawings for Sebastian Stan's Bucky. At the Battle of Wakanda, the ex-assassin had ended up wearing a blue suit that looked like the time of the screaming commando, but he wore almost a garment inspired by the country's culture. The images illustrate different conceptions of a conceptual mix between Bucky Winter Soldier and Wakanda's clothing, while showing alternative designs for his theatrical costume.

Overall, the Wakanda costumes are cool, and it would have been interesting to see Bucky wearing them Avengers: Infinity War. This contributes to his revelation as White Wolf, who is an ally / villain of the Black Panther. Bucky is a different interpretation of this character, but the costume would have been a good way to show the influence of his passage to Wakanda on him.

Fans really want to know if Bucky will ever wear Captain America's uniform. According to rumors that this will be the last time Chris Evans will be Steve Evans, a new Cape will have to take over, and Bucky is one of the main candidates for succession. Bucky took over for a while in the comics, but then Falcon too, so both are the pioneers. However, both characters have been invited to direct an independent streaming show together, who knows what will happen?

There is no confirmation that Bucky will appear in Avengers 4but that's the next logical place we'll see it.
