When that "your way" goes bad.

An employee of Burger King in Miami was filmed on video after asking for a refund to his customers by telling them, "Put it on Snapchat … You're a white piece of s – t!"

"We are not even white," say the customers. "We are Hispanic! Do it well! "

The employee on video, who is black, was fired following the October 3 incident.

"The actions of this team member do not reflect the values of the Burger King brand," said a spokesman for the company's Miami Herald Monday. "We have a zero tolerance policy for this type of behavior and the individual is no longer with society."

The images of the confrontation were published on the "Only in Dade" Facebook page last week and were viewed more than 90,000 times.

"We ask for a refund because your manager touched his cell phone," said one of the video clients to the employee. "It has nothing to do with you."

But the passenger has no interest and repeatedly asks the pair to "publish" the video she is filming on social media.

"White, big bitch!" Shouts the staff member at one point.

"At least I do not work at Burger King," says the client.

"Slut, I have two parents. I go to school, "explains the worker. "This job, the money I earn, must explode, so it does not matter!"

In spite of her antics, the employee is never scolded during her speech. Another worker gives their money back to the customers and tells them to "have a good day".
