Bad Robot reportedly immediately brought the case to the agency, which conducted an internal investigation.

Adam Berkowitz's sudden departure from CAA on September 24 was just days after an incident at the Emmys Governors' Ball, where a television agent was reportedly interrogated by a television officer.

At a party held Sept. 17 following the Emmys award ceremony, Berkowitz would have seized the crotch of Ben Stephenson, head of Bad Robot's television. CAA and Berkowitz representatives declined to comment.

"Bad Robot's policy is to respect the privacy of all its employees and, therefore, will do everything in its power to ensure their safety and protect their privacy," Bad Robot said in a statement.

Bad Robot, along with his co-CEO J.J. Abrams is represented by CAA, reportedly immediately brought the case to the agency, which conducted an internal investigation. According to several sources, Berkowitz was not at the office at the end of last week while the investigation was ongoing.

Earlier this month, WME agent Adam Venit resigned from the agency 10 months after being accused by actor Terry Crews of seizing his genitals at a party in 2016. Venit a then sued by the crews.
