A music teacher was arrested Friday for mistreating children after repeatedly punching a 14-year-old student who allegedly jailed him in class.

A video sequence of the incident, which took place at the Maywood Academy High School, shows Marston Riley, 64, hitting the student with his fists while a student wearing a jacket bright yellow security is trying to intervene. The clip was filmed on another student's mobile phone.
