A California surgeon and an alleged female accomplice were accused of drugging and sexually assaulting two women, and authorities said that there could be many more casualties.
Grant W Robicheaux, who has already participated in a reality show, and Cerissa Laura Riley were arrested on September 12. Tony Rackauckas, Orange County Attorney, has accused them of rape by drug use, oral copulation by anesthesia or by a controlled substance and by other crimes.
The investigators were browsing "thousands and thousands of videos and pictures on Robicheaux's phone, many of which, including Riley," Rackauckas said.

The two women who were assaulted met the couple during social gatherings. "The women who met these two people may have felt a false sense of security because the two defendants are healthy and pretty," Rackauckas said.

According to prosecutors, 38-year-old Robicheaux and 31-year-old Riley met a 32-year-old woman at a Newport Beach restaurant in April 2016, invited her to a party, and then escorted her to Robicheaux's apartment. while she was drunk.
The couple allegedly gave the victim several drugs and sexually assaulted her while she was unable to resist. The woman called the police the next day and a forensic examination revealed several controlled substances.
In October 2016, the accused allegedly drank alcohol with another woman at the bar in Newport Beach until she was unconscious, brought to Robicheaux's apartment and sexually assaulted. The District Attorney's Office stated that the victim woke up and shouted for help until a neighbor called the police.
Further charges against the two men allege that large quantities of illicit drugs were found in Robicheaux's residence in January 2018. Robicheaux is also charged with possessing two illegal and unregistered assault rifles, four other firearms and several large magazines.
The District Attorney stated that the events and places the two men had traveled to since 2015 included the Burning Man Festival in Nevada, the Dirtybird Campout Festival in Silverado, California, the Splash House Festival in Palm Springs and sites near Page , Arizona.
