Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs (830) and Panthers Mike Adams (824) round out the list. Cardinals safety Antoine Bethea tops the list with 1,162 career tackles.
What's absolutely astounding about this list is that Weddle, Davis, Suggs, Kuechly, and Adams have all gone out of their way, and yet these five players still rank top-six in career tackles. Davis has missed the ACL tears and hamstring issues. He has missed 28 games due to injury.
Of the players on this list, Weddle has remained the most healthy. He has only missed seven games over the course of his career while serving a key defensive cog in both San Diego and Baltimore. He has only gotten to grips with all of this, but with the exception of 2007. Weddle only has 35 combined tackles this season but is pace for 80.
Suggestion does not have the most tackles on this list, but there is no doubt about it. Although he has been more focused on his career as a quarterback, as evidenced by his career career. Suggs has also made a career out of causing turnovers with his tackles, forcing 35 fumbles.
