Tampa Bay right-hander Andrew Kittredge has also been suspended three times and fined for pitching behind the head of Yankees receiver Austin Romine. While Romine was on the ground, Sabathia emerged from the Yankees canoe and yelled in the direction of Kittredge.
The screams of Sabathia resumed at the bottom of the inning and he was ejected after his very first throw of the inning. As he was leaving the mount after being ejected, Sabathia turned to the Ray Canoe, pointed and shouted: "It was for you, b —-."
