After 8 years, the residence of Céline Dion in Las Vegas comes to an end. She will play the last date of her Celine show at Caesars Palace on June 8, 2019.
"I definitely have mixed feelings about this final race," said Central Voice in a statement posted on its Facebook site. "Las Vegas has become my home and playing the Colosseum at Caesars Palace has been a big part of my life for the past two decades. It's an incredible experience and I'm very grateful to all the fans who have come to see us over the years. Every show we do at the Colosseum throughout the fall until the final will be very special. "
It's actually his second home at the famous Las Vegas hotel. In 2003, she launched the A New day…show, which held 717 dates between March 25, 2003 and December 15, 2007. Celine premiered on March 15, 2011 and the 373rd edition will take place on October 30th.
Tickets for the final 28 shows will be on sale to the public this Friday, September 28 at 10 am Pacific time.

In March, Dion, 50, was forced to cancel certain dates of Vegas shows to "undergo a minimally invasive surgery."
She revealed on her Facebook page that she was suffering from a condition in the middle ear known as the Patulous Estachian tube.

The disorder – which she had been confronted with during the past "12-18 months" – "causes auditory irregularities" and "makes singing extremely difficult," reads in social media.
Expressing her sadness at having canceled the shows, Dion told her that "luck has not been very good lately" but that she was eager to return to the show.
"I do not know what to say, except that I'm really sorry to have to cancel the show tonight and the two shows last week," she wrote. "Canceling a show is the hardest thing to do, especially when I know so many people have traveled far to see me in Las Vegas. This decision is not taken lightly. "
She finally made a triumphant return to the stage two months later, on May 22nd.
The Grammy winner began the evening by addressing the concert hall where she received a standing ovation.
"You know it's been awhile since we did not do a show, I had a little health problem – did not we all," Dion said. "But I have to tell you that I am extremely happy to come back. The scene is a bit of a home away from home and I have to admit I can barely stay up tonight because I'm a little nervous.
