Charlie Sheen wishes former wife Denise Richards "nothing but happiness" in marriage with Aaron Phypers

Charlie Sheen is not in a bad mood when it comes to his ex-wife Denise Richards.

Richards married his boyfriend Aaron Phypers Saturday in Malibu, California, just days after announcing their commitment. Sheen's representative, Jeff Ballard, tells ET that, contrary to a report, Sheen did not attend the ceremony.

However, the representative says that the 53-year-old actor "only wishes them happiness!"

Sheen and Richards married for four years before their divorce became final in 2006. They share two daughters, Sam, 14, and Lola, 13. Last January, Richards shared a family photo of four people sitting together for a meal, writing, "We're still a family".

Last month, ET spoke with Sheen at the Angel Food Angel Awards, where he talked about his ex-wife Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.Sources told ET that the 47-year-old Richards' wedding was filmed Saturday for the reality show.

"I do not really watch this show," Sheen admitted, adding, "No, but I know it's really popular and good for her. I'm sure it's going to be a bullet, you know?
