Chick-fil-A plans to open his first restaurant in Hawaii on a site in Oahu
The Atlanta-based chain announced the plan on its website on Thursday.
"It's official – Chick-fil-A is coming to Hawaii!" Said the company. "We are honored to join the Aloha State and look forward to serving delicious dishes to new and old fans with outstanding hospitality."
Chick-fil-A was founded in 1967 and operates approximately 2,300 restaurants in 47 states and Washington, DC,
The company has not specified a place or time for the company. Opening, but said that about 80 employees will be needed for the restaurant.
The representatives of Chick-fil-A could not be reached immediately for further details.
