CNN's Chris Cuomo criticized President Donald Trump for "clearly reading the prepared remarks" at a Wisconsin night rally Wednesday in which he said the media had a responsibility to be "Better and less negative".
The president's speech came after apparently explosive devices were sent to CNN headquarters in New York, former presidents Barack Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton, and other well-known Democrats.
"Our president can not escape a special examination; he is leading the hate parade and all too often, "said Cuomo. "He showed tonight that he would not be the one who would make the change. He has never spoken of his own words or actions, not once. And the day his opponents were targeted, he did not even name them, let alone a branch extension. "
