Rita Braver talks with a model who has become a celebrity who is also the muse of her award-winning husband-and-wife musician:

The amazing beauty of Chrissy Teigen is undeniable in this video of the number one song that her husband, John Legend, wrote for her, "All of Me":

But listen carefully to the first line of this song "of love": "What would I do without your intelligent mouth."

Because it's that smart mouth that is the real key to Chrissy Teigen. "I'm wearing my heart on my sleeve," she said. "I am very emotional, I am very vocal, I am very excited."

His flippant style earned him a regular gig on the "Lip Sync Battle" series. But many people know the social media star, Teigen, 32, 10.6 million Twitter followers and 19.9 million on Instagram.

"I know, and it frustrates me, I feel like I deserve more on Twitter," she laughed. "John has a ton on Twitter [12.2 million followers, to be exact]and it is a little boring. "

In fact, the internet is awash with lists of the best Teigen articles – fun lines like "Do you already feel that your dog is disappointed in you? and a lot of things more compelling, like the picture of her stretch marks, and her later husband. "Yes, I forgot that. It was a good one, "she laughed.

And of course, Teigen posted earlier this week when Legend became the first African-American man to reach EGOT status – Win an Emmy with his Grammy, Oscar and Tony. She even showed him by placing the statue at home.

Teigen's mother is Thai; his father is of Norwegian origin. Teigen was only a teenager when a photographer spotted her working in a Southern California surf shop:

"This guy, he thinks I'm beautiful, he wants to take pictures, he looks really nice," she recalls. "And my father says," No. It's so scary, it's so strange that it would go into your work. "And then I remember thinking it was so bad that I'm shooting with this person for some reason."

The gunshot? "My father said," Ok, I'll go. "And my dad was on the beach, holding the light reflector."

Soon, her modeling career was launched, competing with the frequent appearances in Sports Illustrated.

But that's in 2007, when she was 21, that she was shot in a video clip for a promising young singer-songwriter.

This was the proof that opposites attracted. "I'm a little more buttoned and a little softer," Legend told Braver. "She obviously has all this energy and she is so dynamic, but she is also creative and spontaneous, it works well together."

They now have two children: Luna, 2 years old and Miles, almost 4 months old. Like everything else, Teigen was open about her fertility struggles and her postpartum depression after the birth of her first child.

"I think people on social networks are my friends and I think they deserve to know," she said. "I do not know, it's so weird? It's a little weird!" she laughed.

She says she was successful with a lot of support from Legend and taking antidepressants. But Braver was uncomfortable when Teigen said that she thought she had avoided postpartum depression after her second child because she had eaten placenta.

"I do not think I can make you eat your placenta at prime time!" Braver said.

"Really? This is not a normal thing? I'm at L.A., it's very normal. They grill it here! You can try it a little bit later!"

She was joking.

Which brings us, jokingly, to Teigen's other great passion: food. Ribs of placenta, whoever?

In fact, she prepared fried ribs with garlic and soy. She is the author of a successful cookbook ("Cravings") and is about to publish a sequel ("Cravings: Hungry for More").

And if you wonder how Chrissy Teigen portrays her modeling career and her love of food:

"I really prefer to be happy and eat things that I love, while still being healthy." But I do not just worry about losing weight in swimsuits anymore, I guess that's the only way to say it. "

Whatever it is, it's hard to resist cooking in most cases.

"I will eat anything as long as it's cooked for me," Braver said.

"No placenta, apparently," said Teigen.
