Chrissy Teigen falls on the stairs and dies the day before the Emmys

Let's hope that Chrissy Teigen is well hidden!

The 32-year-old model and cookbook author went to social media on Sunday night to share the consequences of a painful fall.

"Ughh, I just fell down the stairs. That's Emmys tomorrow, "Teigen said, showing a massive bruise on his leg.

This is not the first time Teigen has a snafu before a big awards ceremony. In 2017, she shared a photo of her green fingers, writing: "I ate with my fingers last night and I'm stained and GRAMMYs is tomorrow. I have tried everything, please, help me.

There is no doubt that Teigen will be there to support his man.

Teigen joins her husband, John Legend, at the annual awards ceremony, where he is nominated for a leading role in a limited series or film for his role as Jesus Christ in Jesus Christ Superstar in concert.

Legend has already won an EGOT, having won big at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards earlier this month.

"It's a little surreal," Legend told ET Courtney Tezeno, just after his victory. "It's something I never even thought about when I started my career."
