Stephen Colbert's hilarious soliloquy mocking President Donald Trump's heartfelt words in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence will help the victims of the storm.

Colbert muddled the president at "The Late Show" after Trump's trip to Colbert's native South Carolina earlier this month for his embarrassing conversation stoppage. The president told a resident whose house had been destroyed and landed a strange boat in his storm-ravaged yard: "At least you have a good boat out of the market."

Colbert put all the crazy things that Trump said in a simulated children's book called Who is this boat? Comments that do not help after a hurricane.

Trump was concerned about the boats destroyed during his trip to the Carolinas. In a scratcher, he says, "To see what we see – this boat, I do not know what happened, but this boat just arrived here."
