Colts sign C Josh Andrews; Place CB D.J. Murders on the RI

INDIANAPOLIS – The Colts of Indianapolis today hired center Josh Andrews in the lineup of 53 players from the Philadelphia Eagles' training team, placed the DJ cornerback The killings on the wounded list and cornerback Arthur Maulet have been lifted.

Andrews, 6-2, 311 pounds, spent weeks 4 to 11 in the Eagles' training team after signing with the team on Sept. 25. Andrews has spent all of the regular season 2017 and the playoffs of the Philadelphia training team. In 2016, he played three games with the Eagles. Andrews played 13 games with Philadelphia in 2015. As a rookie in 2014, he was part of the Eagles' active team and training team, but did not attend the game.

killings, 6-0, 185 pounds, was part of the Colts lineup and training team this season. He had been initially enlisted in the Indianapolis training team on October 16th. In 2017, Killings spent the last 13 weeks of the regular season and the entire playoffs in the Eagles' training team. He participated in the New England Patriots training program and training camp 2017 before being canceled on September 13th. Killings initially signed with the Patriots as a free agent not traded on May 5, 2017.

MauletIndianapolis claimed renunciations (from New Orleans) on September 24th. He has played 12 career games (including a start) with the Colts (2018) and Saints (2017-18). nine tackles (six solo) and one in special teams. On May 1, 2017, Maulet was signed by New Orleans as an unedited free agent.
