Khabib and Conor McGregor met at UFC 229 for the lightweight championship.
Khabib kept the belt with a fourth-round bid, but the ensuing scenes overshadowed the event by attacking McGregor's team-mate, Dillon Danis.
And Khabib has now claimed that the UFC organized the bus attack against UFC 223 to reinforce the confrontation between him and McGregor.
But White responded angrily to these claims.
"Anyone who thinks this is staged, it's the most stupid thing I've ever heard," White told USA's TODAY Sports.
"How did we organize that? How could we have staged this? It's real (expletive). "
He added: "(McGregor) loaded a G650 plane filled with henchmen and landed here to do what he did.
"That's how it's built. You attack my friend, we attack you. It's a little Dublin street (expletive) right there, that's it.
"For guys who have not grown up that way, you can not understand that. But for a guy like Conor, where he comes from, that's how you'll get revenge.
Khabib told Russia Today, "Let me tell you how it all went.
"I had a team of about 20 men. We had a bus like this, hired (for us) to go to the gym, press conferences, all the media activities, etc.
"But you know what's interesting: that day, the UFC told me that day, I had to arrive alone. So I was traveling with all the other fighters fighting from the red corner.

"I was in the red corner as well as a favorite. With me, there was only one person (my team) and my manager.
"And if you look at the pictures, you can see that the bus is almost at the gate, then suddenly it stops and goes away. Why?
"If you see that some people are attacking the bus, then you should continue to move and exit (from the parking lot). But then you stop and step back. Why? For me, there are many questions.
"I do not know if the UFC did it all on purpose or not.
"But they started attacking (the bus), breaking (at the windows). It was a crowd of about 20 men. On the bus, we had three security guards.
"And as you can see (in the video), there were also security guards on the outside who were trying to stop Conor. In my opinion, I declare at 70% that it was a montage. "

He added: "I wanted to go out and all the fighters who were on the bus have already confirmed it during their interviews, as well as all those responsible.
"Everything happened in about one or two minutes. I do not know, but this incident leaves me a lot of questions.
"One last thing I want to mention. In 2017 we were talking (on private posts on Twitter), before he moved on to the lightweight division. And (these messages) still exist. We had a good relationship at the time.
"After what had happened (between me) and his team, he thought I was crossing the line, why could not he just send me a message and tell him: "Hey, we need to find a solution." But he flies over (from Ireland) and comes with cameras and his public relations team, who filmed it all.
"And one more thing – it was the Barclays Center, a big arena that can accommodate 20,000 people – how did they find out exactly where we were?
"It's for one. For two, when about 20-30 furious men entered the arena, the UFC staff did not ask any questions. Conor was not part of this media day. They should have informed the security (arena) that 20 to 30 men had just entered the building.
"They did not say anything. Instead, they took them to our bus. You know that some people think that I am only an athlete. But I am an educated man and in my 15-year career I have never been knocked out.
"So believe me, my brain works well."
