A Californian woman sued Facebook Friday for "exposing her to highly toxic, dangerous and harmful content during her job as a content moderator on Facebook."

Selena Scola was content moderator at Facebook's headquarters in Menlo Park, California, from June 2017 to March this year, according to the lawsuit. She worked for a contractor called Pro Unlimited, Inc., which helps Facebook remove content that violates its community standards.
