Dancing With the Stars 2018: DWTS – Who Was Eliminated in Double Elimination

Tonight it was the Country Night Dance with the stars 2018 and each of the remaining eight competitors took on the theme of the country. Each team began by following its usual format of performance, then its dances came into play. It was the first time this season that team dances were incorporated.

The other top contenders were Alexis Ren, John Schneider, DeMarcus Ware, Joe Amabile, Evanna Lynch, Juan Pablo Di Pace, Bobby Bones and Milo Manheim. But tonight was a double elimination, which meant that two couples were sent home. Only six competitors qualify for the semi-finals to be broadcast next week.

The first pair announced to be in danger was John Schneider and Emma Slater. They were then followed by DeMarcus Ware and Lindsay Arnold. Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe also appeared at the bottom of the votes. The other competitors were safe.

Of these three couples, only one would be saved. The team that was announced as being sure to dance in the semifinal was … Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe. This means that competitors DeMarcus Ware and John Schneider have been eliminated.

DeMarcus Ware and John Schneider performed some of their best performances tonight, moved by their excitement about their experiences.

Tonight Ware presented a Viennese waltz to Chris Stapleton's "Tennessee Whiskey" and was delighted to match his southern roots. As for Schneider, he became very emotional in his video package, which played before his performance. Schneider was shown crying over his tense relationship with his children, as reported by people.

Schneider confessed, "I have been divorcing for four years now and it is awful. The worst thing is that it's between my three grown children and myself. I can not do anything except hope that someday one of my children will call me or introduce myself. I'm looking in the crowd every Monday thinking perhaps tonight, maybe tonight … If it was not for this music and now Dance with the starsI do not think I can survive it. "

Last week Dance with the stars, competitor Alexis Ren revealed to his pro partner Alan Bersten that she had feelings for him. He did not open up on his own feelings and said DWTS viewers that only "time will tell" about the evolution of their relationship. Tonight, in a pre-recorded package, Bersten told Ren that he was falling in love with her and that the two kissed each other in front of the cameras.

The final in two parts for Dance with the stars season 27 from 19 to 20 November 2018. Five competitors will qualify for the first part of the final and three will participate in the episode of the grand finale. All players of the season will also return to participate in the final.
