David Arquette suffers a bloody neck injury during a "match to the death" event

David Arquette may want to continue playing full time.

The star of the 47-year-old "Scream" and amateur wrestler played Friday night in Los Angeles in a fierce match-kill style, leaving the ring covered with her own blood as a result of 39, a neck injury.
