Davie, FL and Nova Schools Waiting for Closure as Police Check for Threat

Davie's Nova High School and schools in the area are under lock and key after receiving threats of shootings, Davie police said.

There is no active shooter.

This covers Nova and Nova Middle School High Schools, located in Block 3600 of College Avenue. Nova Southeastern University states that college and university school are not affected.
