Deadpool survived the war of infinity in Thanos, says Kevin Feige

Deadpool was not a victim of Thanos & # 39; Avengers: Infinity War break because it's not (yet) in the MCU. Marvel Studios has built a movie empire on the backs of Marvel characters with varying degrees of success. Over the last 10 years, they have capitalized on the big names and transformed lesser-known properties, such as Guardians of the Galaxy, into stars. All built towards the biggest crossover so far in War of Infinitywhen almost all their movie franchises came together to try to stop Thanos. They failed and the MCU was found with a list of exhausted Avengers players.

The attack of Thanos has erased half of the population of the universe and will be an act that the heroes will likely seek to overthrow. Avengers 4. Some new faces will join the cause, but many fans are still wondering what the chances are of other Marvel characters appearing.

Disney is in the final stages of acquiring 20th Century Fox, an initiative that will place the X-Men and Fantastic Four under the guidance of Marvel Studios. They have until now functioned as separate entities and different universes, but that did not prevent Variety to ask Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, if Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool was able to survive the fall of Thanos. For those who are worried about Deadpool, it is technically safe. Feige's answer should not surprise anyone: none of Fox's characters have been affected by the fall of Thanos as they are not part of the MCU.

"It's a good question.Nobody asked me this question.I mean, technically it was not in the MCU.It was not in this cinematic universe, he was probably not affected. "

If we want to have fun with this possibility, the Marvel Comics are part of a multi-verse with hundreds of different Lands and realities. Some fans have wondered if Marvel Studios could choose which elements of the Fox X-Men stay by establishing a different reality and make sure that Deadpool (and probably no one else) makes it into reality MCU. If so, does this mean that the breakup of Thanos had only an effect on the present universe in which he was and not on all others?

Of course, it's also fun to think about what would happen to Deadpool if he was chosen to be a victim of the crisis. None of the heroes of War of Infinity those who have died have regenerative healing abilities (with the exception perhaps of Groot, but it has not yet been explained how new versions of his growth are growing), but Deadpool has one. If Thanos had come out of its existence, would its dust particles simply allow a new Deadpool to form or grow? It's an interesting hypothesis to play, and yet, an explanation that will probably never have a chance to be explained – unless it's part of a future Deadpool joke. Anyway, Thanos & # 39; snap in Avengers: Infinity War makes a lot of victims, but not that of Deadpool.
