Prosecutors said one of Nassar's victims in the case is the same victim that Van Horn is accused of assault. Van Horn's accusations stem from "his role as a party," prosecutors said.

Nassar is serving 40 to 175 years in Michigan for sexually assaulting women and girls on the pretext of medical treatment.
