PEOPLE confirmed Sunday that Lovato was no longer in rehab after being seen in front of the Matsuhisa restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday night with clothing designer Henry Levy.

On July 24, Lovato was hospitalized for 12 days in Cedars-Sinai, California, after an overdose at his home in Hollywood Hills, currently on the market for $ 8.995 million. She stayed in the hospital for nearly two weeks before being released for treatment.
The former Disney Channel star first broke her silence on social media on August 5th when she reviewed her state of health as a result of her hospitalization. (The message has since been deleted.)
"I've always been transparent about my background with addiction. What I learned is that this disease does not go away or disappear with time. This is something that I must continue to overcome and have not done yet, "Lovato wrote.
"I want to thank God for keeping me alive and healthy," she added, before congratulating her fans for supporting her through this difficult time.
"To my fans, I'm always grateful for all your love and support throughout the past week and beyond. Your positive thoughts and prayers have helped me through this difficult time, "she said.
Lovato concluded, "I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and my recovery path. The love that you have all shown will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day when I can say that I went out on the other side. I will continue to fight.
