The labor market in Metro Denver is as tight and competitive as ever. Employers do everything they can to attract talent: raise wages, soften benefits, and give more free time. Looking at the new office spaces that open up in the city – like Industry RiNo Station, a flexible office space that invites you to pay for work – it's easy to see how employees whistle while they work.
But with all that, where are the best places to work, really?
You may not think it's possible to answer this question, but each year The Denver Post and its partner Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics) undertake a thorough survey of local employees to find the most enjoyable places to spend more than 40 hours per week. living.
This year is the eighth annual Top Workplaces program where any organization with 50 or more employees in Colorado is eligible. Organizations can be public, private, non-profit or government.
Here's how it works: Workplaces are named by employees using a short 24-question survey. These companies will be interviewed from September to December. Energage conducts surveys of the best workplaces for 50 major metro newspapers and has interviewed 2.5 million employees in more than 6,000 organizations in 2017.
The deadline for nominations is October 19th, so start the competition.

The winners will be announced in spring 2019, in a special section of The Post and online. There are winners in large, medium and small categories and many employers are recognized.
