Prince Harry and Meghan Markle head for the zoo, the same where a young child, Prince George, had the pleasure of meeting an Australian Bilby.

Shortly after arriving in Sydney on October 16 for their 16-day tour, the couple will travel to Taronga Zoo, where Prince William and Kate Middleton visited George in 2014.

The zoo's visit was announced as part of a briefing at Kensington Palace on Thursday detailing details of the upcoming tour. This time, Harry and Meghan will meet two koalas and their joeys, all of which are part of the institution's breeding program. They will also meet conservation scientists working to reduce the illegal wildlife trade.

The royal couple will then undertake a spectacular journey through Sydney Harbor to the Sydney Opera House where they will entertain themselves with a rehearsal of Spirit 2018 by the Bangarra Dance Theater, a well-known Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander modern dance company.

The tour "will focus on youth leadership and projects undertaken by young people to address the social, economic and environmental challenges of the region," the palace said in a statement released on Thursday. Harry "is particularly keen to highlight these youth-led initiatives in his new role as Commonwealth Ambassador and to highlight the work and aspirations of Commonwealth youth."

The tour starts in Sydney, travels to Melbourne and Dubbo, then returns to Sydney for the opening weekend of the Invictus Games. After brief visits to the islands of Fiji and Tonga, the couple returned to Australia and traveled to New Zealand.

There will also be a day at the beach: On October 19, the couple will meet the local surf group OneWave, an outing that will forever bring back memories of Princess Kate in her corner on the sand, while she was meeting 2014 lifeguards.

Later in the day, 34-year-old Harry will climb Sydney Harbor Bridge and officially lift the Invictus Games flag, "marking the arrival of the Invictus Games in Sydney," said the palace.

The couple made a mini-warm-up tour earlier this week, when it went to Sussex, the southern region of England that bears their royal name. There, they visited historic sites and met with a charity that helps victims of violence and youth groups.

And while visiting the famous Brighton Pavilion, Harry even took part in the controversy surrounding online gambling. Fortnite.
