Did Snoop Dogg confuse Till for Covington by looking at UFC 228?

We all know that Snoop Dogg is a big fan of fighting. What is also becoming increasingly clear is that the Doggfather does not really transpire the details regarding MMA, despite his obvious enthusiasm for the sport.

We received piece A for this argument when he commented on Dana White's Contender series. Mr. Dogg was often very excited about what he saw, although he did not always seem to understand it.

But then, there's an exhibition B, which popped up on Snoop's Instagram feed after UFC 228 on Saturday night. While Tyron Woodley was busy putting Darren Till away in the second round of the main event, Snoop's running comment seemed to indicate that he might have confused Till with Colby Covington?

In a video that begins with Snoop stating that "The Gorilla" (Till's current nickname) hit "King Kong Tyrone Woodley" (not Woodley's nickname or even his first name), the comment is quickly devoted to Snoop Donald Trump! "Again and again.

He then seems to refer to D'Arce's strangling as "darkness". Then he invokes the movie "Black Panther". Then he shouts "Wakanda forever!"

It seems that there are three ways to interpret this answer, presented here in order, from the most plausible to the least plausible:

1) Snoop heard that Woodley was supposed to fight Covington, a Trump supporter, but he did not hear that the plans had changed and Woodley ended up fighting Till instead.

2) Snoop does not like Trump so much that he can not help but shout at himself when they have no connection with everything he's talking about in the present moment.

3) Snoop knows exactly who Till is and also knows that he has expressed his support for the right-wing Brazilian candidate, Jair Bolsonaro, whom Snoop sees as a kind of Brazilian asset, making Till a sort of Liverpudlian Covington.

Whatever the momentum of his remarks, Till was not happy with this video. In his own post Instagram, following the defeat, Till paid tribute to Woodley, then targeted the rapper.

darrentill2Shit is coming, well done @twooodley.
You will see me all very soon!
@snoopdogg you are an (expletive) (expletive), (Expletive) You !!!

No word on it about Trump himself, but keep an eye on Twitter. It is not at all inconceivable that he is involved in these clashes of social media. Because it's the kind of world we live in, apparently.
