A three-year-old girl who was stabbed at her birthday party in Idaho this weekend died as a result of her injuries, police said Monday. The man, Timmy Earl Kinner, 30, was charged Monday with murder and eight counts of aggravated battery. He appeared in court and was sentenced without bail
