Bob Chapek, president of Disney's parks, consumer experiences and products, revealed at the Destination D event at Walt Disney World Resort the two new attractions to be presented on opening day at Disneyland and the Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort.
The first, titled Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, will allow visitors to pilot the famous Han Solo spacecraft. The second, "Star Wars": Rise of the Resistance, places guests in a battle between the First Order and the Resistance.
The announcement included the publication of two videos featuring the new installations.
Chapek also revealed that the original Star Wars composer, John Williams, was creating new music recorded in the country, recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios.
