Do you want to reduce your stress level? Consider moving.

This seems to be the sign of a report on "The Most Stressed States" made by the Career Research website Zippia.

New Jersey residents ranked first in the United States for stress, report says, noting that we face long hours, long journeys and a high home price ratio .

Are New Jersey even more tense than our neighbors in New York, fast paced and overcrowded?

Yeah, at least according to the Zippia report, which ranks New York fifth in tension for its longest ride in the nation.

Zippia used data from the US Census American Community Survey from 2012 to 2016 to compile its report. Six criteria – long travel time, unemployment, hours worked, population density, relationship between housing price and income, and percentage of uninsured population – were used to determine a state's stressed score.

Oh, and if you are still considering this change, Zippia ranks the least stressed states, namely Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.
