"Russia would not be reduced to a junior partner in the NASA-led project to build the lunar orbital platform called the gateway in the 2020s," said Roscosmos chief Dmitry Rogozin.

Earlier this month, Rogozine expressed dismay that an air leak detected at the International Space Station was a borehole that occurred during manufacture or in orbit. He did not say he suspected the current crew of three Americans, two Russians and one German aboard the station.
