The BBC jewel also revealed the synopses of the first two episodes of Season 11, broadcast on October 7.
The news that Jodie Whittaker would assume the role of the 13th Doctor has been out for some time, but every new insight into her iconic role seems to prove that the genre has nothing to do with space and time adventures.
Season 11 will be a new start for the series. It will bring together not only Whittaker, but also Chris Chibnall, the new showrunner (succeeding Steven Moffat in the role) and a brand new cast. In the new trailer published below, we have glimpses of the action, explosions, monsters and new companions of the Doctor, who have no problem in indicating who is responsible.
