NEW YORK – Justin Turner won the seventh round of the game in Los Angeles, a send-off for the 11th inning that allowed the Dodgers to dominate the New York Mets 8-7 on Sunday.
Cody Bellinger and Kike Hernandez both qualified twice as the Dodgers defeated the Mets for the 12th time in a row in 2016. Max Muncy and Joc Pederson also signed up for Los Angeles. Hernandez and Muncy led the game with shots back to back.
The Mets tied a team record for the most allowed circuits in a game, and lost their sixth in a row overall.
Turner, a former Met, dominated Chris Flexen (0-1) with two outs to put the Dodgers in place for good. Los Angeles missed a 7-4 lead in the eighth when Kevin Plawecki scored a tying three-point shot.
Daniel Hudson (2-2) won with two scoreless innings.
INDIANS 12, TIGERS 2
CLEVELAND – Edwin Encarnacion hit a grand slam in the eighth inning, helping the Indians win their seventh straight win.
Francisco Lindor, Jose Ramirez and Jason Kipnis also connected for Cleveland, who outshot Detroit 26-3 in the three-game sweep. Ramirez finished with three hits, extending his series of goals to 31 consecutive games.
Adam Plutko (4-1) threw six innings of two balls, becoming the second rookie starter to beat the Tigers in the series. Shane Bieber made seven innings in the 12-0 win on Friday night.
The Tigers debutant Matthew Boyd (4-6) scored six points in three sets and more in his shortest outing of the season.
Detroit has lost five games in a row and is 3-10 against Cleveland this season.
RED SOX 5, MARINE 0
BOSTON – Chris Sale ended 13 shots in seven dazzling rounds and Mitch Moreland hit a two-run homer, leading Boston to victory.
Sale (7-4) gave four hits and walked one. Joe Kelly and Matt Barnes each started a round to complete the four batters.
Jackie Bradley Jr. had three singles and Rafael Devers added an RBI double for Boston, who struggled offensively in a 7-2 loss on Saturday night after accumulating 14 points and 20 hits in the opening game of the series.
The Mariners dropped to 1-5 on their 10-game trip to the East Coast. Marco Gonzales (7-5) allowed five points in six sets.
REDS 8, CUBS 6
CINCINNATI – Pitcher Michael Lorenzen and Jesse Winker went on to win the home runs in the seventh inning of Cincinnati. The Reds have won their seventh consecutive victory.
The Lorenzen circuit was the third of his career and the second in two games by a Reds pitcher. Anthony DeSclafani hit a grand slam Saturday – the first by a Reds pitcher since 1959.
Jackson Stephens (1-0) took the win as the Reds completed a four-game sweep of the Cubs for the first time in 25 years. Raisel Iglesias worked the ninth for his 13th stop.
Anthony Rizzo and Albert Almora Jr. qualified for Chicago, and Pedro Strop (3-1) lost.
RAYS 7, YANKEES 6, 12 ENSEMBLES
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Rookie Jake Bauers led the 12th inning with a home race, finishing the three-game sweep of Tampa Bay.
The Yankees also lost receiver Gary Sanchez when he stopped while he was missing a brace in the 10th. Director Aaron Boone said that Sanchez had injured his right hip and hip abductor and that he was probably heading towards the list of disabled people.
Giancarlo Stanton is qualified for 5 to 5 for New York. The Yankees had been the only team in the majors that had not lost three in a row this year.
Bauers connected on the first pitch of Chasen Shreve (2-2). Ryan Yarbrough (7-3) started a run for the win.
BRAVES 7, ORIOLES 3
ATLANTA – Freddie Freeman scored a two-point single in the first, while Dansby Swanson broke a two-point run in the eighth and the Braves earned their first win against the Orioles in six years.
Baltimore won the first two games of the series and swept the last set between the teams in 2015. Atlanta has finished a series of seven consecutive losses to the Orioles since 2012.
Mark Trumbo and Trey Mancini competed for Baltimore. David Hess (2-4) dropped five points in four sets.
Braves right-hander Brandon McCarthy (6-3) collected three points in five sets.
DIAMONDBACKS 3, PIRATES 0
PITTSBURGH – Clay Buchholz threw five solid innings before leaving with an injury, and the Diamondbacks completed a four-game Pirates sweep.
Buchholz (2-1) withdrew his first 11 batters before Starling Marte doubled the straight with two outs on the fourth inning. Despite throwing only 53 shots, he was fired after experiencing tightness in his left side.
The injury occurred on a swing in the fifth. Buchholz called the early exit "more precaution".
David Peralta hit a two-run homer for Arizona, and John Ryan Murphy went as deep. Brad Boxberger worked the ninth for his 17th stop.
Right-handed Pirates Trevor Williams (6-5) allowed three runs in six sets.
CARDINALS 8, BRASSEURS 2
MILWAUKEE – Luke Weaver won for the first time in eight starts and Jose Martinez won a three-run homer for St. Louis.
Weaver (4-6) allowed two runs, both in the first inning, and five shots in 5 innings and 2/3. He scored nine goals in his first win since May 11.
The 11th circuit of Martinez crowned a fourth round of five points that made 6-2 Cardinals.
Christian Yelich competed for NL's leading Brewers. Jhoulys Chacin (6-3) allowed eight runs in four innings and a third in the season.
TWINS 2, RANGERS 0
MINNEAPOLIS – Jose Berrios beat Bartolo Colon and the Rangers in 12 career innings.
Eddie Rosario had two hits for Minnesota, which ended a three-game losing streak. Bobby Wilson and Robbie Grossman each singled out in a race.
Berrios (8-5) gave up three hits, two in the first run, while going up to 3-0 in June. Trevor Hildenberger had a perfect eighth and Fernando Rodney finished the treble for his 17th stop.
The Rangers had won seven games in a row and missed a chance to play a perfect six-game road trip. Colon (4-5) scored two runs and seven hits in seven innings.
ASTROS 11, ROYALS 3
HOUSTON – Yuli Gurriel hit a grand slam in the eighth inning of Houston.
Gurriel finished with three hits while the Western Astros won the 15th time in 17 games. Jose Altuve drove in two points and scored twice, and Evan Gattis connected for a home run hit.
Gerrit Cole (9-1) withdrew eight of his throws by scoring five innings of balls in a throw. The right-hander has withdrawn at least eight of his 12 starts.
Kansas City fell to 3-18 in June. Jason Hammel (2-9) was scored for nine points, matching his record of the season, in four sets.
MARLINS 8, ROCKIES 5
DENVER – Derek Dietrich won the third game in a row and tied a career high with four hits, leading Miami to victory.
Drew Rucinski (2-1) got the victory in relief from Caleb Smith, who came out in the second inning with sealing to the left shoulder. Kyle Barraclough won his seventh save.
The start of the match was delayed for one hour and 31 minutes by a strong storm that brought heavy rain and hail to the Coors field.
Nolan Arenado and Gerardo Parra competed for Colorado. The German Mark (5-8) was scored for six points in 3 1/3 innings.

SAN FRANCISCO – Hunter Pence scored a two-run double in the 11th inning, sending San Francisco to victory.

Morales hit a two-stroke shot to right of Hansel Robles for his eighth circuit. Robles (2-3) debuted with the Angels after he was claimed from New York Mets waivers.
Curtis Granderson, Aledmys Diaz and Devon Travis also competed for Toronto, who shared the four-game series after losing the first two. Ryan Tepera (5-2) took the win and Tyler Clippard got his fourth stop.
WHITE SOX 10, ATHLETICS 3
CHICAGO – Yoan Moncada came out of a crisis with a three-point circuit and six RBIs, and the White Sox have recovered a division of the four-game series.
Daniel Palka and Yolmer Sanchez also shone for the White Sox, who had lost nine of the last ten. Carlos Rodon (1-2) made his eighth start after missing the start of the year while he was recovering from an operation at the shoulder. September.
