About the loss of Penn State last year
I said it and I do it. Some people are motivated by positive aspects, others by negative aspects. What motivates me is when I do not give players the best chance possible. I want to make sure to remember that. That's all you are trying to do, you are trying to give your players the best chance and I did not feel like I had done it. At the same time, you have to move on and learn from it. I think that's what happens in 41 years, you will win battles and there are some that you will not win.
