McCoy, of course, is one of the biggest halves in the history of the Eagles. He played six seasons with the Eagles and was named All-Pro twice. He led the NFL in the Eagles race in 2013.
McCoy, even at 30, still looks good. He made several Titans miss a crucial third try last week to clinch a first try and score a decisive Bills goal. It would be risky for the Eagles. On the field, a 30-year-old running back is never a good choice to produce for a full season. Off the field, there are many allegations hanging over McCoy. In addition, the Eagles could turn to other halves. Many have speculated that the Steelers group, Le'Veon Bell, would be perfect.
Maybe the McCoy affair never arrives. Calls between NFL teams take place all the time. this does not mean that a trade is going to happen. But it's an intriguing scenario that could give the Eagles a boost after a 2-3 win.
