Earl Thomas escaped from the Seahawks' bench while he was injured

Thomas's worst fear came true on Sunday and he informed the Seattle Seahawks of his discontent after suffering what could be a leg injury ending the season.

Thomas was playing for Seattle despite a contract dispute over the last year of his contract with the Seahawks. He had held all pre-season and even practiced this week, although he played in regular season games.

On Sunday, against the Arizona Cardinals, Thomas was injured in the third quarter leg in a game where the Cardinals scored a touchdown to tie the game. Thomas was carried off the pitch with his leg in the air, and after the match, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll confirmed that he had fractured his leg. Thomas, however, did not seem to be on good terms with the Seahawks after the injury.
