PORT DICKSON: The electoral commission today announced neighborhoods challenging Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's eligibility for the Port Dickson by-election.

Takiyuddin said that the Pas had not denied the total forgiveness granted to Anwar by Sultan Agong Sultan Muhammad V of Yang di-Pertuan in Anwar under Article 42 of the Federal Constitution, but that the CE had not interpreted the right of the PKR chairman to participate in the by-election.
