Although the NBA season officially begins on Tuesday, the basketball season began for players in September with the highly anticipated release of the NBA 2K19.

8. Kings of Sacramento
The Kings is a rising team with a multitude of young talents. It's a fun team to use in the game as they shoot a lot outdoors and allow you to use a mix of young players and veterans, such as Marvin Bagley III, De'Aaron Fox and Zach Randolph. Sacramento is probably not competing for an NBA championship, but it's a young, entertaining team with a sneaky talent that you could use as an underdog.
7. Denver Nuggets
The Nuggets are another team with a lot of sneaky talent. Denver has an excess of talented guards who will surely help you, including Gary Harris, Jamal Murray, Will Barton and Isaiah Thomas. If your guards do not succeed, you can always pass the ball to All-Stars Nikola Jokic and Paul Millsap. The Nuggets' lineup also includes one of Michael Porter Jr.'s most exciting rookies. Overall, the Nuggets are solid at every post and are a handy choice for your 2K fights.
6. Dallas Mavericks
No other team has a rookie on his roster as convincing as Luka Doncic. NBA 2K offers the average fans a first opportunity to see Doncic in action against other NBA players, although this is only a video game. To accompany the enthusiasm of using the rookie for the first time, players always have the pleasure of taking the jumpers to flip with the great Dirk Nowitzki. These two alone are a fun team. But to accompany them, the Mavericks also have DeAndre Jordan, Harrison Barnes and high-flying goalkeeper Dennis Smith Jr. The Mavericks are not the Warriors, but there are different scenarios for this team that make it a must-have group the bald- mouse.
5. Thunder of Oklahoma City
Overall, the Thunder is a good basketball team. In terms of skills, they can compete with almost every team in the game and will feature two NBA players, Paul George and Russell Westbrook. During the off-season, the Thunder tied up with future Hall of Fame inductee Carmelo Anthony, but they strengthened their bench with the acquisitions of former Atlanta Hawk, Dennis Schroder and Nerlens Noel. When using this team, you will have a solid talent on the ground at all times and should be able to compete with anyone.

When your team includes one of the three most contentious players in the NBA, your team becomes immediately fun to use. Anthony Davis is an absolute monster and can score anywhere on the court, which opens up the rest of the offense. When you do not necessarily power Davis, you can also give the ball to other players like Jrue Holiday or Julius Randle, who can each get you a bucket at any time. Having two players in the first fully defensive team of the 2017-18 NBA (Davis and Holiday) means that this team is deadly in defense and that it will not fail to force some turnovers to your opponents.
3. Philadelphia 76ers
The 76ers are one of the best teams in the NBA and are therefore one of the best teams in the NBA 2K19. There are not many teams that have the mix of balls, size and shots that the 76ers have, so it's a nightmare for your opponents. Joel Embiid has become one of the most popular players in the NBA and one of the most fun players to use because of his size and shooting abilities. Using Philadelphia also gives you the opportunity to use Markelle Fultz, which can lead to crazy games or excessive misfires. Another fun thing to do when using the 76ers is to try to win a trio with goalie Ben Simmons to see if they will ever come home. Overall, Philadelphia is a very good team with many talented players competing with anyone.
2. Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers are fun because they allow you to use a lot of young players as well as the best player in the game. LeBron James is a monster and looks like Anthony Davis in the sense that he can hit a shot anywhere on the ground. To accompany James, you must also use promising players, such as Brandon Ingram, Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma. The eccentric veterans Rajon Rondo, Michael Beasley, JaVale McGee and Lance Stephenson are also on the Lakers list. These four veterans alone make the team fun because of all the crazy stories they will surely have throughout the season. All of these factors make the Lakers a 2K team a must.
1. Houston Rockets
If you are looking to destroy one of your friends at 2K and you are not allowed to use the Celtics or the Warriors, the Rockets are the next closest team. Houston is probably the best outdoor shooting team, outside the Warriors, and includes players such as James Harden, Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony. Regardless of whether your starters or substitutes are at the rendezvous, almost all registered players can pull the lights out of the gym. There are not many young talents who get excited when using this team, but if you have the opportunity to choose them, your opponent will be sorry.
