A candidacy for the presidency may soon be emerging for Senator Elizabeth Warren.
The Massachusetts Democrat announced Saturday that she would seriously consider running for the White House after the November mid-term elections.
"It's time for women to go to Washington to repair our broken government, which includes a woman at the top. Here is what I promise you: after November 6, I will take a hard look at the candidacy for the presidency, "she said ovationnée, as shown in a video online.
Warren, a critical critic of President Donald Trump, who has announced his intention to represent himself, has presented his plans at a public meeting in western Massachusetts. She expressed concern about the general state of affairs of the nation and in particular decried the Republican behavior of sexual assault charges against Brett Kavanaugh, a Supreme Court candidate.
"I looked at 11 men who were too crazy to ask a woman a single question," she said of the GOP members of the Senate Judiciary Committee who relied on an outside lawyer to question the Kavanaugh's alleged victim, Christine Blasey Ford, at an audition Thursday. "I've seen powerful men help a powerful man to make himself an even more powerful place."

Warren, the president, said, "Let's face it, Donald Trump is taking this country in the wrong direction … I'm deeply worried about what Donald Trump is doing for our democracy."
Speculation about a presidential bid for Warren has been around for some time. His remarks on Saturday were the clearest and most direct about his intentions.
Warren, a native of Oklahoma, won his Senate seat in 2012 after a career as a law professor and consumer advocate. She is currently seeking to be re-elected to the Senate and is strongly favored to defeat the state's representative, Geoff Diehl.
