Ezekiel Elliott thinks the Dallas Cowboys need to beat the Philadelphia Eagles.
Dallas dropped to 3-5 this season when they fell to the Tennessee Titans in the ninth week.
Elliott, the Cowboys' running back, said Sunday's game in Philadelphia was a match to win.
"It's a division game that makes it all the more important," Elliott said (via the Star-Telegram).
"[We] certainly talked about gender just having this mentality. We have to go and win as many games as we can to have the opportunity to qualify for the playoffs. "
Elliott had only 61 rushing yards in 17 races in the loss to Tennessee. He added that the team had to start running.
"We have to figure out how we're going to do that," Elliott said. "It was inconsistent, I think we made good progress last week early in the game, but we have not reached the desired level yet, still not at the level it should be."
Elliott, who was a Pro Bowl player in 2016, has averaged 4.6 yards per run and has four touchdowns this season.
Dallas will enter the game with the Eagles in third place in the NFC East with a 3-5 record.
