Elon Musk again defended his choice to join the advisory boards of President Donald Trump, whom he had left last year, in an interview with Kara Swisher of Recode for the podcast "Recode Decode," released on Friday. .

In the Recode interview, Musk acknowledged that it was "unlikely" that his efforts on the board would be effective, but said it was "worth it".
