Does your workplace in New Jersey deserve to be honored? Now you can nominate your company or employer for the NJ.com New Jersey Top Workplaces program.
The deadline for nominations has been extended until the month of October, so you still have more time to recommend your workplace for an honor.
How to submit your business
Interested in getting your company up for a New Jersey Top Workplaces Award?
Visit nj.com/topworknoms to begin your nomination. You will need to submit the name of your company and your name.

Who can enter?
Any company with at least 50 employees in the north or the shoreline of New Jersey is eligible to be nominated for the New Jersey Top Workplaces. This includes public and private enterprises, non-profit organizations and government offices.
Employees from designated workplaces will be asked to complete a 24-question questionnaire.
Who runs the program?
The workplaces will be evaluated for NJ Advance Media's New Jersey Top Workplaces from August to October by the project's research partner, Energage.
Energage, based in Exton, Pennsylvania, has conducted similar investigations in 50 newspapers.
The firm claims to use employee surveys, neuroscience, and expert advice to help companies that are trying to strengthen the workplace culture and employee engagement in order to reduce their turnover. business and increase their productivity.
A 2017 Energage report showed that 86% of Top Workplaces employees had not recently looked for other jobs, compared with 43% of "average workplaces".
Last year, Energage surveyed 2.5 million employees in more than 6,000 organizations.

NJ.com asks anyone wishing to name their workplace to do so November 2, 2018.
NJ Advance Media will release the New Jersey Top Workplaces Awards in early 2019.
