The details are still relatively thin as to the bad guys that we can expect in Spider-Man: far from homebut a fan just suggested an interesting twist.

A strange theory about SM: Away from home from r / marvelstudios

According to their theory, Mysterio would still play a role in the film, probably as one of the other mysterious characters involved in the film. This would make Norman the "nasty sleeper" of the film, which not only financed the trip abroad of Peter Parker (Tom Holland) and his friends, but was also at the origin of some other exploits recent MCU.

In a way, that would make a lot of sense, especially after the speculation that Norman bought Avengers Tower in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and the theory that Norman was the "mysterious buyer" of Sonny Burch (Walton Goggins) was working for Ant-Man and the wasp. It should also be at the level of mystery surrounding Gyllenhaal's role in the film, with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige unable to confirm anything in an interview with ComicBook.com earlier this summer.

Certainly, some might not be 100% with the idea that Gyllenhaal plays Osborn, since this family was taken into account Spider Man franchises. But it could still be an interesting twist, and fans might not be able to do the same. Bubble Boy jokes.

No matter what character Gyllenhaal plays in the movie, it seems fans are expected for a very interesting movie.

"A little like The ant man, there are things that people know about this movie, which is a big part of the movie: the villain of the movie, the film script, which we shoot in Europe and that Peter Parker continues[[[[Captain America: Civil War]was a big giant superhero class movie. "Feige explained to ComicBook.com." The fall of that in Back home was John Hughes and he going to his high school. That's what amuses us the most in Spider-Man's films. And again from War of infinity at Ant-Man and the wasp, the change of tone. So, there are a lot of fun things. The way it connects, where it connects, when it happens, very similar to Ant-Man and the wasp in which we will not say right away. "

"I can not say much about the new Spider-Man, but I would say it will be both bigger and funnier than the previous one," said Dan Lebental, the film's publisher, earlier this summer. "The rest of the story will have to wait."
