There are some great things happening on the cable of renunciation. Seriously.
Let's leave the curtain for a moment on how this column is assembled: while Sunday's games (and Thursdays and Mondays) dictate the essence of our electronic waiver suggestions every week, the process this column is essentially a week. long effort, combine statistics, projections, depth charts and of course watch matches. I also monitor the best additions / drops per position each week, which can sometimes reveal unexpected things …
An eventful summer in the NBA will be a fantastic spooky 2018-19 season. Create or join an ESPN Fantasy Basketball League today! Free registration!
Example: O.J. Howard, who left the Buccaneers & # 4; match against the Bears because of a knee problem, saw his percentage of staff drop by 34.0% when filing this column. Now, I understand that the alignment spots are ephemeral and that his injury would have cost him 2 to 4 weeks of time, but for a guy who has accumulated more than 70 yards per game in weeks 1 to 3, it's probably the most difficult position to find. Fantastic outing, it struck me that people were so quick to chase him off their list.
This point is not made to point fingers to those who have abandoned Howard – the management of the composition is different for each person who plays – but rather to note that it is always worth analyzing the waiver thread for players you do not think are available. Do not just go to your league's league section to look for a particular player. Take the time to brainstorm with all available players.
Because sometimes the best available can surprise you.
Here is our preview of the best available in the addition of the Fantasy ESPN waiver thread for week 7.
Players must be available in more than 50% of the leagues on ESPN.com to be eligible for this column.
The teams on leave this week: Green Bay, Oakland, Pittsburgh, Seattle
Marlon Mack, RB, Colts of Indianapolis (25.6%): Another week, another half-officer came back into the fray. Mack missed time because of an injury earlier this season, but returned to Week 6 and made his mark with 12 runs for 89 yards. The way it was used suggests that Indy sees it as his best choice in difficult situations, with Nyheim Hines as a preference for pass and fast tempo situations. Mack deserves to be registered in all leagues.
O.J. Howard, TE, buccaneers of Tampa Bay (34.0%): Howard's name begins to make its way into this column as he continued his hot start to the season in Week 6, scoring his four goals for 62 yards and a touchdown. He has now collected at least 13 fantasy points in three of the five games of the season, but was stopped early due to injury to one of the other two. He is among the 12 best at the end of the season.
Mitchell Trubisky, QB, Chicago Bears (32.4%): Fun. That's how to describe watching the Bears offense this season, since Trubisky has now finished north of 70% of his passes in 2018, scoring 11 touchdowns. He has scored nine touchdowns in his last two games, enjoys a strong support team and enjoys wizarding calls from his coaching staff. In addition, he has his head up, he has accumulated 100 yards on the ground in the last two games and has an average of five rushes per game. It's a legitimate streaming option this week whose potential is too high to be ignored.
Chester Rogers, WR, Colts of Indianapolis (11.7%): A few things to note regarding Rogers, which has been hot in the last three weeks: the Colts will have no choice but to throw it a ton this season (Andrew Luck has recorded an average of 54.7 attempts in the last three games!), Rogers has accumulated targets (32 in the last three games) and to date, we do not know when TY Hilton will return to the lineup. Rogers has already competed in this competition and, after 55 yards and a touchdown in Week 6, he looks even more like a weekly flex option in the deeper leagues.
Peyton Barber, RB, buccaneers of Tampa Bay (43.1%): When they came back, they wondered if Tampa Bay would rely more on Ronald Jones, the 37th pick in this year's repechage. It was Barber who continued to see the heaviest workload as he rushed 13 times for 84 yards and added four shots plus a touchdown. He will not be consistently ranked as a flexible game, but as a leader in Tampa Bay, he needs to be registered in more leagues. There are just not so many fantastic footballers this season!
Ito Smith, RB, Atlanta Falcons (10.5%): Until the return of Devonta Freeman (he now has a foot injury), Ito Smith will play a weekly role for the Falcons. He scored three goals in a row and scored 11 career goals in Week 6. Granted, its effectiveness was mediocre (22 rushing yards), but in a deeper league, it must be placed for those looking for depth, especially if Freeman's health remains a factor in the future.
Taylor Gabriel, WR, Chicago Bears (31.7%): In back-to-back games, Gabriel racked up 12 yards north over 100 yards. Yes, it's tremendously efficient, but Gabriel's head coach, Matt Nagy, is designing plays specifically, and this Chicago crossing offensive is booming. If you are looking for benefits, Gabriel is your rating. He has seen 29 targets in the last four games.
Christian Kirk, WR, Cardinals of Arizona (14.0%): It may not be so strange to say that Kirk is now the wide receiver of the Cardinals that you want to line up as much as possible for the rest of the season. After six catches on seven targets in week 6, he has amassed 162 rushing yards in the past two weeks. He has talent, he sees a good volume and is actually a starter for Arizona. Kirk stands out as a person whose value will increase over the seasons.
C.J. Uzomah, TE, Bengals of Cincinnati (14.6%): As a result of injuries to Tyler Eifert and Tyler Kroft, the Bengals are lean. Uzomah is an indisputable starter. He played a lot in Week 6 (92% of the shots), catching six of his seven goals for 54 yards. He thinks he is an almost complete player for the Bengals and is a legitimate starting option in leagues of 12 or more teams.
Baker Mayfield, quarterback, Cleveland Browns (42.6%): With Aaron Rodgers and Ben Roethlisberger out of the way, Mayfield has calmed down a bit in his last two starts, but here's good news: he has made at least 40 assists in each of his three starts and now leads to a four-game series against buccaneers, Steelers, Chiefs and Falcons. This is an opportunity for Mayfield to fight his way through the queues and find his playing pace as a fantastic quarterback, hopefully, who is not deterred by an ankle injury that he suffered during the 6th week (this should not keep him off the field).
Chris Godwin, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (39.3%): There are certain mitigating factors for Godwin, including the fact that it is the fourth or fifth option of the Bucs' pass game since most weeks, but this has not yet prevented him from finding the area. goals. He has scored in four out of five games this season, and while it's an unsustainable rate, he's a clever addition to a deeper league as a rising player. Tampa cashes all the ground and Godwin is an up-and-down player.
Frank Gore, RB, Miami Dolphins (11.3%): Old reliable! Frank Gore continues to be an important factor, collecting more than 100 yards in the sixth straight week, the third consecutive game in which he has carried the ball at least 11 times. Gore shares his work with Kenyan Drake, but in a deeper league – call it to 14 teams or more – he is a player to consider, especially for non-PPR purposes.

Albert Wilson, WR, Miami dolphins (6.1%): Wow, what a Sunday for Wilson and the Dolphins, as the Grand-du-monde showed a sensational free-thrilling sensation that embarrassed the Bears for 155 yards and two touchdowns. Is it going to be his best game of the season? Most likely, but with 21 targets in his last three games, Wilson has proved to be a central point of this passing game. It is a more important factor of flex league.
Jalen Richard, RB, Oakland Raiders (9.0%): The Raiders, who are stuck on this week, are not very good, which is good news for Richard. He has captured six assists in three of his last four games while he was the main return of the team in critical attack situations. If you are in a very deep league, Richard can be a flexible game when the team comes back from a leave.
Josh Reynolds, WR, Los Angeles Rams (0.4%): Although it seemed unlikely at the time of the injury, Cooper Kupp returned to the Rams game in the second half of the match in Week 6 after an early knee injury. But, if this knee injury hinders or limits Kupp at week seven, Reynolds is a deeper name to keep on the radar because of the quality of the offensive in Los Angeles.
