As the NFL moves channels to the third week, there have been some very interesting scenarios coming out of week two.
One of the most surprising was the continuation of Fitz-Magic. Ryan Fitzpatrick, a veteran of Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is recovering his career in eight touchdowns and rushes to score. Due to his central play, the Bucs are 2-0 for the first time in eight years.
The other big news, of course, was the Buffalo Bills cornerback, Vontae Davis, who decided to retire at half-time, which was perhaps the strangest development in the history of the league. Chances are, there will be no such extreme development as waiting for this coming week, but Davis has set a supernatural precedent.
The most interesting news for the third week of football is the announcement that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz has been allowed to play and will start at home against the Indianapolis Colts. This should ignite the Super Bowl champions after losing 27-21 against the Bucs.
Here's an overview of the rankings and projections for the top 50 flex points per event for the coming week.

Analysis
For the PPR leagues, the race returns are bread and butter, and this year is no different. Backs like Todd Gurley and Alvin Kamara remain in first and second place.
Kamara and Gurley are automatic for fantastic football, but do not sleep on James Connor and Ezekiel Elliot. Kamara did not find the final zone last week against the Browns, but seeks to remedy that against the Falcons.
Gurley had no trouble taking him into the end zone, but his rushing yards were hit. The Chargers' defense does not fire on all cylinders, so look for Gurley to play games anywhere in the field.
The Bengals have the 19th best defense in the league, so they could have problems with Christian McCaffrey coming off the pitch. The second year back should also prosper as a pass-catcher this week.

Analysis
These debates about who to start and who to sit on are still topical during week 3. Fantasy owners have the impression of having seen enough to know who the big recipients are .
The easiest start as a points threat by reception is the Houston Texans DeAndre Hopkins. After being without points in the first week, Hopkins rebounded with six catches for 110 yards and a 28-yard score from Deshaun Watson.
Look for Watson and Hopkins to build on this connection this week against the Giants, who have a secondary low.
A good candidate for the session is L.A. Chargers' Keenan Allen, who will face L.A. Rams's stifling defense. The Rams have made a name for themselves on the offensive side of the ball, but they are quickly becoming an elite defense, especially with cornerbacks like Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters playing.
Top 10 tight ends
1. Rob Gronkowski (New England Patriots) at the Detroit Lions: 6 receptions, 90 receiving yards, 1 TD (13 points)
2. Travis Kelce (Kansas City Chiefs) vs San Francisco 49ers: 5 receptions, 65 yards, 1 TD (9 points)
3. Zach Ertz (Philadelphia Eagles) vs Colts of Indianapolis: 5 receptions, 60 yards, 1 TD (9 points)
4. George Kittle (San Francisco 49ers) at Kansas City Chiefs: 4 receptions, 43 yards, 1 TD (7 points)
5. Jordan Reed (Washington Redskins) vs. Green Bay Packers: 4 receptions, 50 yards, 1 TD (7 points)
6. Jimmy Graham (Green Bay Packers) in Washington Redskins: 4 receptions, 41 yards, 1 TD (7 points)
7. Evan Engram (New York Giants) in Houston Texans: 4 receptions, 45 yards, 1 TD (7 points)
8. Kyle Rudolph (Minnesota Vikings) vs. Buffalo Bills: 4 receptions, 37 yards, 1 TD (7 points)
9. Trey Burton (Chicago Bears) at the Arizona Cardinals: 4 receptions, 41 receiving yards, 1 TD (6 points)
10. Jack Doyle (Indianapolis Colts) at Philadelphia Eagles: 4 receptions, 43 yards, 1 TD (6 points)
Analysis
When a close end marks a touchdown, it triggers all the alarms in the minds of the fantastic owners. It may be a good idea to drop Rob Gronkowski, who has only caught two passes for 15 yards and no touchdown for a player like Evan Engram of the New York Giants, who finished with 67 yards and a touchdown.
Engram is a good pickup, but do not sit down yet. With the lack of depth of the Patriots at the wide position, Tom Brady will certainly be on the lookout for his safety cover.
Look for Gronk to get more targets, especially in the red zone, against the Lions, who have the worst defense in the league.
Travis Kelce had a good game against the Steelers, winning 109 yards and two touchdowns. It is difficult to assess the tight end position from one week to the next, but Kelce is a safe bet.
He will probably have another memorable performance in the third week against the 49ers. San Francisco struggles to do everything, including the defensive side of the ball. One could assume that Kelce will have some assists at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday.
