Week 4
Last week was a very good one for the streamers last week if you ignore Dan Bailey. As you will see below, I tend to agree, ignoring the whole performance of the Vikings.
With the start of the weeks off, there are more teams looking to broadcast, but fortunately there are three high quality quarterback options. The same can not be said of other streaming stations, with only two options for each.
This means that you may need to be a bit more aggressive if you're really weak in the tight final, defending or kick-starting.
QB
At the beginning of this season, I thought the Falcons would be the most improved defense in the league. It was before their most valuable players were lost for the season. Now we are watching a team that will probably be without four of its starters in Week 4, and Andy Dalton is ready to take advantage. Dalton has overturned the ball this year, but has an average of 286 yards per game and already has eight touchdowns. As long as A.J. Green is in good health (he says he's fine), Dalton should be a quarterback in Week 4.
Do not get me wrong, I still do not think Eli Manning is a very good quarterback, but this spot is as perfect as possible. Manning is at home against the Saints, who have given the quarterbacks more fantasy points than any team in the league. The saints also have a prolific attack, which will continue to launch Manning. The only thing the Saints did well was stop the race – the teams only had 3.0 yards per run. Manning is expected to be among the top 10 based on volume alone this week.
Ryan Tannehill is currently the No. 12 quarterback of CBS's standard leagues. He made several touchdown passes in his three games and added 74 yards rushing. He is on the road as an outsider against a Patriots team looking to bounce back. The problem for the Patriots is that I am not sure that there is much hope that their defense will bounce back. They do not generate any leaks and suffer injuries in the secondary. If it was another game, I'd be worried that the Tannehill Dolphins are winning and running too much, but it's hard to believe Tom Brady will let him.

Slowly but surely, Tyler Eifert seems to have regained his role in the Bengal attack. During the third week, he saw eight targets and turned them into six catches for 74 yards. The only thing that he did not do is make a contact, but it will come. Eifert will be involved in a shootout in Week 4 against the Falcons, which have had mixed results against tight ends this season. It is an option among the top 10 for me this week.
Everyone needs to take a look at this Saints attack with the way Michael Thomas and Alvin Kamara dominate the targets, but Benjamin Watson has seen an average of five per game, which should be enough against the Giants. Of course, the Giants did not give up a ton of points at a tight end of the match this year, but in the third week they allowed Jordan Thomas, Ryan Griffin and Jordan Akins to win against them. In the first week, Austin Seferian-Jenkins and Niles Paul almost scored. It's the week when a race ultimately bursts against the Giants.
Have you seen what the last two weeks have done against the Chiefs? In the second week, Jesse James exploded for 138 yards and a touchdown. In the third week, George Kittle caught five passes for 79 yards. Jake Butt will face them in the fourth week in a game where his team should earn points. I do not feel as confident for Butt as for Eifert and Watson, but it's a good example for those who miss the first two options.

Green Bay Packers vs. Buffalo Bills
Yes, the Bills were great last week against the Vikings. No, I do not think it tells us anything about bills. The Packers have a rookie quarterback on the road for a second straight week, surrounded by almost no talent. Do not let the third week discourage you. Spread the packers.
Cleveland Browns at Oakland Raiders
All discussions are about Baker Mayfield, and rightly so, but let's not forget this Browns defense. He is currently the # 4 DST of the season and has scored at least 11 Fantasy points every three weeks. This includes the games against Ben Roethlisberger and Drew Brees. This defense is legitimate.
Dallas Cowboys or Detroit Lions
This is a game that you are allowed to have conflicting opinions. In my opinion, Dallas has entered a difficult environment and has done a good job, but he is well placed to bounce at home against a Lions team that has just won an emotional victory. On the other hand, if you think the Lions' Sunday night performance had more to do with them than the Patriots, you should definitely play the Lions against the Cowboys. My advice is to broadcast Dallas, but both are at stake.

Brandon McManus vs Kansas City Chiefs
Ka'im Fairbairn at the Colts of Indianapolis
Josh Lambo vs New York Jets
McManus and Fairbairn are ahead of Lambo this week. I like both as the first six options. McManus should be in a high score case in the high altitude of Denver. Fairbairn is in a similar situation, but indoors rather than at high altitude. If you can not, I could watch the Jaguars be conservative against the Jets and settle for field goals for Lambo.
