Gwyneth Paltrow finally posted the photos of her wedding, as well as details of her very private wedding with television producer Brad Falchuk.
The couple first met in 2014 on the set of the popular comedy drama series Joy (that Falchuk co-created with Ryan Murphy) and after three years of romantic relationships, they revealed their commitment in November 2017, saying in a joint statement: "We feel incredibly fortunate to have met at this stage of our success and our collective failures can serve as a foundation for a healthy and happy relationship. "
The wedding took place on a cool late summer weekend in September and included a host of festivities. The evening begins as Paltrow celebrates his 46th birthday on Thursday night. On Friday night, Jessica and Jerry Seinfeld hosted the rehearsal dinner at their idyllic home in East Hampton, and the couple's ceremony was held Saturday at the nearby Paltrow House. There, both greeted an intimate audience of only 70 friends and family members.
Early in the planning process, the 45-year-old actress revealed that she had never had a real marriage with her first husband, singer Chris Martin. (They knotted the knot quickly in 2003, in the absence of family.) She then explained that she was really impatient all"Even though I'm 45, I feel a bit like a 21-year-old girl."
And on her wedding day, Paltrow looked all the blushing bride. Wearing a Valentino lace dress with a polka-dot pattern, a fitted bodice and a veil up to the cathedral, her blond hair framing her face with light waves, the Oscar winner took the bridal appearance of the contractor White painted wood driveway, lined with hurricane lanterns. The guests watched the couple swap rings under a translucent tent filled with greenery and, as they folded into the driveway, they were covered with rose petals and white roses.
After the ceremony, Chef Mario Carbone offered everyone a sit-down dinner before dancing all night. As soon as the newlyweds recovered from the late night, they flew to a mini-moon in Umbria and Paris before heading to England for the opening of Goop's first international store in London. There, she took the international party, continuing her wedding with close friends, including Stella McCartney, Valentino and Giancarlo Giammetti, Liv Tyler, Demi Moore, Elizabeth Saltzman, etc.
