The CW has released the first official look on Ruby Rose in her role as Kate Kane / Batwoman.
The character will debut at the December "Elseworlds" crossover between Arrow, The flash, and Super Girl.
"Elseworlds" will see Green Arrow, The Flash and Supergirl heading to Gotham City and teaming up with Batwoman after a good old mad science at Arkham Asylum, which attracts the attention of multiverse heroes.

Rose, best known for her roles in movies like The mega and John Wick: Chapter Two, said how happy she was to play a super hero.
"I'm becoming a Batwoman," Rose told Jimmy Fallon. "I felt as if the reason I continued to be so moved was because, growing up, I never saw on television anyone with whom I could identify, let alone talk about it. ;a super hero. [Tearing up] I said I would not do that and I've always had that sentence, well not me, Oscar Wilde, who is yourself because everyone is caught. ; and so I always lived by that motto and the second motto when I came into the industry was "be the person you needed when you were younger" and I have impression that a motto led me somehow to another and that I did not stop crying about it. "
Lois Lane, played by Elizabeth Tulloch, will also debut at Arrowverse while Tyler Hoechlin will resume his role as Superman on the three nights of the event.
The Arrowverse Crossing, "Elseworlds", will take place over three nights and will start on Sunday 9 December The flash at 20 hours. AND. He continues on Arrow Monday December 10th at 8pm and then ends on Super Girl Tuesday, December 11 at 20h ET.
