*** Notice of Freeze in effect from 2am to 8am Monday for Sussex, Southampton and Northampton (N.C.) counties, Hertford and Bertie.

We have a beautiful period of dry and sunny weather for us this week with the roller coaster of temperatures that continue. Monday starts cold with temperatures in the 30s and 40s and will only warm up in the 50s and 60s. We will stay mostly sunny with 0% chance of rain. the wind will be much quieter compared to yesterday from the southwest 5-10 mph.

Tuesday will be our hottest day of the week, with peaks in the 70s. The skies will continue to be mostly sunny. A cold front will cross the area, but there is no moisture in this front, so we will witness a drop in temperatures for the end of the week.

Wednesday will be much cooler with highs in the 50s and 60s and Thursday, we will all stay in the 50s. The sky will remain clear both days.

Unfortunately, our dry run will end on Friday and the weekend.

Today: Sunny and mild. High in the 60's. Winds: N / A 5-10 mph.

Tonight: Clear. The lowest in the 40s. Winds: 5-20 mph.
