HALLOWEEN: Scattered showers throughout the day. Watch for wet roads. 

A Flood Watch has been issued for most of the Miami Valley from Wednesday at 8 p.m. until Friday at 8 a.m. Counties affected include: Champaign, Clark, Greene, Clinton, Montgomery, Preble, Butler and Warren.

It’ll be breezy at times for the afternoon and evening with highs in the low 60s. They’ll be showers around for trick-or-treating tonight, but no thunder or lightning expected and winds won’t be strong like Sunday.

THURSDAY: Widespread rain will fall heavy at times, especially for the first half of Thursday. The morning commute will be soggy with wet roads and leaves, which could make some spots slick. The rain continues throughout the day with breezy conditions and cooler temperatures in the low 50s.

FRIDAY: The system pulls off to the northeast to end the work week. Heavy rain will taper off, but we could see a few light, lingering showers through the day. It’ll be cool and mostly cloudy with highs around 50 degrees.

SATURDAY: A better start to the weekend with temperatures cooler than normal in the low 50s. Overall, it’ll be dry with a mix of sun and clouds.

SUNDAY: Clouds increase through the day to end the weekend. It’ll be dry for the afternoon with highs in the upper 50s.
